The latest version of the app on desktop will download in the background and prompt you to update. On iOS and Android, the app will automatically update or can be updated manually from the App Store or Google Play Store.
You may be unable to find a device locally due to isolation from VLANs, firewall rules, or routing configurations. Make sure that both the UniFi device and your PC/mobile device are on the same network. Also, the HostiFi Device Discovery Tool won't be able to find UniFi devices that have already been adopted.
