About HostiFi

We're a group of guys who have a shared obsession with Ubiquiti products. We're passionate about WiFi, Linux, and automating things with software. We have industry experience as ex-Ubiquiti employees, IT/MSP business owners, WISP operators, and software developers.

Reilly Chase founded HostiFi in 2018 as a side project of his IT services business Locklin Networks. He had the idea for a UniFi cloud hosting service when he was installing Ubiquiti products and wanted to centrally manage his customer networks from one server. He built HostiFi to provide that as a service for others.

In 2019 he raised $100K from Calm Company Fund and went full-time on the business. Since then it has grown to over $3M/year in revenue and employs a team of 10 people serving over 3,000 customers.

Yes, we do. We have experience with pfSense, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Cisco, Aruba, MikroTik, and many other network vendors.

Do I need a HostiFi server?

No. We can help optimize, troubleshoot, upgrade or migrate self-hosted UniFi Network controllers and UniFi OS Consoles such as the UniFi Cloud Key or UniFi Dream Machine.

How do I get started?

You can sign up for an account at pro.hostifi.com and submit a request, or book a meeting to discuss how we can work together on your next project.

Can you help with UISP networks?

Yes, we can help with UniFi, UISP, EdgeMAX, airMAX, LTU, UFiber, and all other Ubiquiti products.

What is the scope of your services?

We primarily work on network planning, design, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. If you have any questions, you can book a meeting with us to discuss how can HostiFi Pro services improve your network.

Do you do after-hours work?
