All of our controllers are configured to do nightly backups, and retain 2 weeks of backups. If you need to restore an older backup, please check with our support team.

Before restoring from backup, you may want to take a manual backup from Settings > Backup > Backup/Restore > Download File.

To restore a previous auto backup, you can go to Settings > Backup, and click Restore next to the backup. Alternatively, you can upload a backup under Backup/Restore > Upload File.

Click Confirm to continue.

The server will reboot.

Once it comes back online, you'll need to log in with the username and password that was present in the backup you restored, which may or may not match what you logged in with previously.
