UOS - When will my server be updated to UniFi OS Server?

Learn what to do in order to make the UniFi OS Server upgrade smoother and when things are happening

Alex Lowe

Over the next month, we will be performing scheduled upgrades of customer controllers to UniFi OS, as the legacy UniFi Network Application platform has been officially deprecated by Ubiquiti. This upgrade ensures continued compatibility with future UniFi updates, improved system reliability, and access to the latest security and platform enhancements.

What to Expect

  • Administrator accounts and UniFi Network configuration settings will be migrated automatically.
  • InnerSpace data will not be transferred during this migration.
  • Some UniFi devices may briefly reboot while the controller upgrade is completed.

Scheduling Your Upgrade

To minimize disruption, you may select your preferred upgrade date and time through our customer portal. If no time is selected, the upgrade will be scheduled automatically during our maintenance window. We recommend choosing a time when brief device restarts will have minimal impact on your network. If you have any questions or require assistance scheduling your migration, please contact our support team.
