Ubiquiti has today released the first public version of UniFi Network 9.3.43 to GA and this builds upon the previous version, 9.2.87 which added WAN SLA, 5GHz roaming assistant, DHCP Manager and more.

What's new with UniFi 9.3.43?

This release adds a few new features:

• Enhanced Content Filtering with CyberSecure
• Revamped System Logs
• Alarm Manager
• CNAME DNS records support

Enhanced Content Filtering with CyberSecure

CyberSecure was added to UniFi with 9.0.92 and it adds the capability for more enhanced intrusion detection, additional signatures, more regular updates to new threats and much more. CyberSecure is available on most of the UXG models and the UniFi Cloud Console devices, but not on the entry level UXG Lite.

With version 9.3.43, Ubiquiti has added new content filtering options, which is powered by CloudFlare. It adds 100+ granular content categories, support for Safe Search across Google, Bing, and YouTube as well as customisation per device.

Revamped System Logs

Ubiquiti has done a lot to improve the system logs in UniFi Network recently and 9.3.43 is no different. This update adds global search for all types of logs, advanced filtering, clearer view and also, the ability to export to CEF for use with third-party tools.

Alarm Manager

Alarm Manager has been super capable and quite powerful in UniFi Protect and now - Ubiquiti has brought it to UniFi Network. This allows you to get very granular with alerts, the types of clients or UniFi devices and webhooks integrations.
