What is UniFi Outdoor Mode?
UniFi Network has an outdoor mode for wireless access points, but what does it do?

Ubiquiti recently announced the new UniFi OS Server, which is a brand new, ground up software package for self-hosting UniFi Network. Despite the name, it isn't a new hardware device.
If you want fast and reliable UniFi hosting, check out HostiFi with fast support, regular backups, managed updates and prices from just $9 per month.

Because UniFi OS is the underlying operating system that lives on the UniFi Cloud Gateways, it might be safe to assume that like the UDM Pro, UniFi OS Server might not support multiple sites. However, in our testing it does support multiple sites, just like the current UniFi Network Application.
This means that users of UniFi OS Server will be able to have separate admins, users and have segregated sites for each client.
At the moment, UniFi OS Server is only available through Ubiquiti's beta program, Early Access - but we are actively undertaking extensive testing and evaluation. This is to make sure that once Ubiquiti release UniFi OS Server to the public, we can work on implementing it as soon as possible and offering it to customers.
HostiFi provides hosting for both Ubiquiti and TP-Link software-defined-networking (SDN) applications, with servers for UniFi, UISP and Omada. We also offer network consulting, with HostiFi Professional Services.
