Why migrate to UniFi OS Server?

UniFi OS Server is the next generation of what Ubiquiti offers for self-hosting. This will be likely replacing the legacy UniFi Network Application once it becomes available to the public. UniFi OS Server offers access to the features that have previously only been available to UniFi Cloud Gateways, such as InnerSpace, SiteMagic, UniFi Identity and Teleport VPN.

Testing and Validation

At the moment, UniFi OS Server is only available through Ubiquiti's beta program, Early Access - but we are actively undertaking extensive testing and evaluation. This is to make sure that once Ubiquiti release UniFi OS Server to the public, we can work on implementing it as soon as possible and offering it to customers.
