Ubiquiti has released the first public version of UniFi Network 7.5.187 this week, after around a week in the 'Release Candidate' (RC) channel. This update builds upon 7.5.176 which brought the new animated topology, latency test for clients and DNS shield, the latter of which will be available soon with UniFi OS 2.x.
NOTE: UniFi 7.5.187 is not yet available for HostiFi customers, our development team is busy testing this release and we'll update customers via social media once this release is available.
Customers can now choose a schedule for when updates on UniFi and UISP are carried out. Also new, is the ability to choose the version of UniFi you are on manually, via app.hostifi.com and you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to.
This release adds a few new features:

UniFi 7.5.187 adds support for something called WiFi Private Pre-Shared Keys (PPSK) which allows on SSID to be used with different passwords, each password allowing connectivity to different VLANs i.e for staff, guests and IoT devices. At the moment, this won't work on setups which use WPA3.

A new dashboard has been added for setups which only have WiFi Access points and switches, i.e without a UniFi gateway. The new design makes better use of the screen real estate and offers more accessible data for managing WiFi setups.
